    We will research all the properties that were sold in the area and make certain that you know exactly what your property is worth. If needed, we will select the best agent to sell your home or for a more cost effective option, we may even be able to sell it for you directly.

  • Decluttering

    For those clients that need help to remove all the items in the home that are not needed for the open home and therefore maximise the sale price.

  • Storage & Maintenance

    Upon assessment of the property, we can organise removal of any items and store them until the sale goes through as well as help with any maintenance requirements such as painting or minor defects.

  • Property Staging

    We can provide items for the home to make it look amazing to prospective buyers during open homes. This will maximise the sale price and wow the buyers.

  • Marketing Content Creation

    Using standard marketing formulas means that very often the key features of your property are missed, and the videos and photos do not do any justice to the home. Proper marketing is a vital component of selling your property. We will create customised marketing content showcasing the property highlights, and featuring incredible photos and videos that will attract the right buyers to the open homes.  

  • Renovation

    Our community of builders supports renovation projects of any scale, from large overhauls to minor upgrades. If budget is a concern, we offer builders who can facilitate joint ventures or provide financing options through our team.

Why I became a Vendor Advocate

Meet Tanya Leschev

As a former sales agent and property manager, and a qualified life coach. I’m also a mother to three teenagers and three energetic dogs. My husband, Alex, and I live in the stunning Hawkesbury region, where we love hiking, kayaking, and hosting family and friends.

Over the past 25 years, we’ve bought, renovated, and sold numerous properties both for ourselves and family and friends.

We lacked reliable guidance and support throughout the process.

We dealt with untrustworthy agents, who didn’t have our best interests at heart.

Slow conveyancers made the process frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out.

Misleading financial advice added to our challenges, making an already stressful situation even harder.
